Exchange/Return/Refund Policy
Our goal is to make sure our customers and gift recipients are completely satisfied. If an item arrives damaged or you’re not happy with your purchase, as a result, you may exchange it within 15 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associate with the return or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable.

When initiating an exchange, please include the following information:
- Your name
- Order number
- Details of the product
- Reason for the exchange
Once we have received your exchange request, we will review and confirm the exchange within 48 hours. We will then send you instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will ship the exchanged item to you.
On the contrary, if the package was damaged during shipping, please send pictures of the damaged box for review. Upon determination, a replacement will be shipped free of charge.
Non-Returnable
All final sale merchandise cannot be returned. Other nonreturnable purchases include custom orders, personalized orders, opened products, baked goods, desserts, candy, gift cards, wellness products, and consumable goods.
Cancellation of Items Ordered
Once an item is prepared for shipping or in transit it can not be cancelled. Please see our Exchange and Returns Policy.

Refunds
Refunds are given is a product appears to be defective and non-functioning. Small defects do not apply.
